To join a Videosync event, you need a modern browser, a stable internet connection, and a device that can play video. No additional software or downloads are required.
Network

| Internet speed | Minimum 2 Mbps download |
| Connection type | Wi-Fi or wired — wired is recommended for the most reliable experience |
| Network load | Avoid running other bandwidth-heavy tasks (streaming, large downloads, video calls) during the event |
If you are joining from a corporate network, make sure your firewall or proxy does not block video streaming traffic. VPN connections may also interfere with playback — if you experience issues, try disconnecting your VPN or switching to a different network.
